I'm Michael Killian. I founded Fieldwave after more than a decade leading operations for a commercial specialty contractor.
I worked across estimating, purchasing, finance, technology, and project coordination as the business grew from roughly $2 million to more than $16 million in annual revenue. I understand that a process has to work for the people using it, alongside everything else they have to do.
Less time estimating. More time doing the work.
I designed and built an estimating system that brought pricing, freight, and tax calculations together. Estimating time fell by approximately 90%.
This result was achieved in my previous operations role, before Fieldwave.
